**Job Summary**

Marsden is seeking an experienced General Counsel to head up their growing legal function in their London office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the company's operations, contracts, and compliance processes are robust and effective.
  • Oversee the contracts and compliance automation project.
  • Monitor compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Work closely with senior management and external legal advisors.

**About the Role:**

This is a part-time opportunity that would suit an experienced lawyer looking to return to work after a break. The hybrid model allows for a flexible work arrangement, with approximately one day per week in the office.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a General Counsel or similar role.

• Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
