The Role:

Client Relationship Manager

Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, your commitment to providing outstanding client support will be paramount. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing daily tasks, including transacting cases onto the system and offering support to consultants and clients throughout the application process.
  • Liaising with providers to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Adhering to FCA approved standards, ensuring compliance and data protection guidelines are met when discussing client updates.
  • Utilizing various software packages for data entry and monitoring of the company client database.
  • Effectively prioritizing your workload to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Providing efficient client relations support to consultants through effective and regular communication.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Client Relations to coordinate and implement office procedures effectively.

Client Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high degree of personal motivation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • A willingness to pursue further qualifications to enhance your knowledge within the Financial Services sector.
  • An understanding of the wealth management industry, including standard business processes.
  • A proactive, tenacious approach with a positive attitude and initiative.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and through various communication channels.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • An understanding of the significance of compliance and GDPR within financial services.
