Regional Care Operations Manager (Learning Disabilities)

Salary Package:
£28,000 - £30,160 based on experience.
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks including public holidays.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including some weekend shifts.

As the Regional Care Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple projects focused on learning disabilities, ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized care.

You will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and lead by example from a foundational level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operational management, assessment, and delivery of specialized social care interventions for adults with learning disabilities.
- Overseeing all aspects of leadership, management, and development within the service, including effective communication and information sharing.
- Actively engaging in the delivery of care and support while promoting independence, inclusion, dignity, choice, and respect.
- Conducting regular service evaluations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- A relevant professional qualification, such as a Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of learning disabilities.
- Strong report writing skills and a proven track record of achieving results.

Experience in leading teams with adults at risk, particularly in safeguarding situations, along with a solid understanding of relevant legislation (such as the Mental Capacity Act) and associated policies and procedures, is essential.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role, which is designated as a female-only position due to a genuine occupational requirement.
