As the Regional Operations Manager, you will have managerial oversight for our localities, encompassing multiple practices. Your duties will include facilitating operational execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, strategic planning, and financial oversight.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to site managers in the operation and delivery of services, including the implementation of standardized operating procedures and policies across the region.
  • Collaboration & Transformation: Partner with managers to identify opportunities for innovative practices or enhancements in service delivery.
  • Support local sites with daily operational challenges.
  • Assist and manage human resources issues in collaboration with Practice Operation Managers.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee governance compliance, including support for complaints and incidents.
  • Monitor and support site performance, including quality and enhanced services.
  • Support local partners in achieving their objectives.
  • Focus on maximizing revenue and managing costs effectively.
  • Collaborate with practices to support the objectives of the Primary Care Network.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Oversee budget management in conjunction with central finance and site managers.
  • Chair monthly management meetings.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to Master's level or possess equivalent experience in a similar role.

Desirable

  • Project management qualification, such as Prince 2 Foundation.
