Marketing Executive for Shopper Engagement

Salary: £ £40000 depending on experience plus bonus
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Veritas Partners Ltd is a leading player in the FMCG food sector, known for its innovative approach and ambitious growth strategies. We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive for Shopper Engagement to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating exceptional shopper experiences through innovative marketing initiatives, managing the shopper and trade strategies to achieve vital business objectives.
- Enhance the product range with strategic updates and launches across various categories in line with the approved product development schedule.
- Assist the marketing division in executing significant marketing campaigns across the product range as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams and relevant external partners to ensure effective collaboration and smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Lead the planning and execution of shopper and trade marketing initiatives across multiple channels, coordinating efforts among internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage the Shopper Marketing planning processes.
- Oversee the shopper and trade budget, providing detailed tracking and reconciliation reports.
- Design and implement all online and in-store branding materials.
- Conduct analyses of key competitor activities in-store.
- Support the Brand and Marketing Managers with execution-related tasks.
- Contribute to the formulation of annual brand strategies, execution plans, and new product launch pipelines to ensure effective implementation.
Required Experience:
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen ear for shopper and trade feedback.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Capable of maintaining composure under pressure while managing tight deadlines and effectively resolving challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- High levels of self-motivation and energy, coupled with strong time management capabilities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000.
