About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at Veritas Partners Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shopper Marketing Planning: Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that align with our business objectives, including product portfolio development, trade marketing, and experiential events.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
  • Marketing Support: Provide support to the marketing team on major marketing activities, including product launches and brand activations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales departments, ensuring seamless activity execution and collaboration.
  • Shopper Insights: Analyze shopper behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and optimize business performance.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Oversee the shopper/trade budget and produce regular tracking and reconciliation reports.
  • Brand Collaterals: Develop and implement online and in-store brand collaterals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing marketing strategies and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including shopper marketing and trade marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Self-Motivation: High levels of self-motivation and energy, with strong time management skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus.
  • Holidays: 20 days holiday per annum, rising to 25 days, plus bank holidays and 3 wellness days per year.
