About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Elite Food Machinery Services. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing food processing equipment and machinery at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and install food processing equipment and machinery at client sites, ensuring it functions as per specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot issues, and repair malfunctioning or faulty equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including parts replaced, service schedules, and client feedback.
  • Ensure all machinery installations, repairs, and maintenance activities adhere to industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in understanding, maintaining, and repairing food machinery and equipment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions to minimise machine downtime.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to clients, train staff, and liaise with internal teams.
  • Meticulousness in inspecting machinery, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Dedication to meeting client needs, understanding their concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with machinery services provided.
