About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at Interpersonnel UK Limited. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient supply of agricultural parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the availability of parts for repairs in collaboration with the service department.
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct products and parts for agricultural and garden machinery.
  • Proactively identify customer's spare parts requirements both in-store and via phone/email.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, both in-store and via phone/email.
  • Handle parts enquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised and well-stocked parts department.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and manage stock levels.
  • Follow up on shortages and damages and flag issues with the depot Parts Manager.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays within the showroom.
  • Participate in the annual stock take programme.
  • Support the organisation and running of shows with garden machinery equipment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy with experience in using parts management systems desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible approach to work.
