Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the dignity and independence of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with personal care tasks, including dressing, meal support, and personal hygiene needs.
  • Support customers in maintaining their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the last 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
