  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, their families, and other stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work positively within a consistent team ethos.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
