Pin Point Health and Social Care are recruiting Support workers who are looking for a permanent role. We are currently on behalf of our client who have are looking for someone to join their team. This will be working in a supported living setting.

The recruitment process will include working temp to perm.

You will work for the client as a temporary agency worker for 12 weeks before transferring over as a permanent member of staff.

As a Support Worker, you will play a major role in improving vulnerable individuals' lives and wellbeing. The perfect candidate will be dedicated and passionate about making a positive impact on the people they support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering medication
  • This role requires you to work dayshifts and sleep-in's
  • Assisting with daily living and domestic duties (Cooking, cleaning and personal care)
  • Developing positive working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans and Mar charts
  • Completing all necessary administrative duties
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Service Manager
  • Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
  • Build and maintain relationships with service users and their families.
