Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Disability North. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live their personal and social lives according to their wishes and interests.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks, including personal care, mobility, and communication. You will also be required to use your car to take individuals to activities of their choice, with mileage paid.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a driving licence and own vehicle. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing person-centred care.
