Job Title: Support Worker - Respite Care

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Thyme Lodge, a beautiful modern detached house in St Helens. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and physical and sensory disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
  • Provide support to individuals with domestic tasks and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Lone working may be required, although generally, we work as part of a small team with an on-site management team
Requirements:
  • A minimum of twelve months care experience is essential
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment
  • A valid driver's license is essential due to the nature of the role
