About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to tenants, empowering them to take part in all aspects of everyday life and achieve their outcomes and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to tenants to increase their independence and connect with their communities
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a consistent and mutually supportive environment
  • Support tenants with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism
  • Follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent team ethos
Requirements
  • A minimum of twelve months experience in a similar role
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support
  • Maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework
