Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join a global manufacturing organization and contribute to the success of a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Quality, lead a large team of quality professionals, including Quality Engineers, Technicians, Auditors, and Metrology specialists.
  • Utilize data on quality defects to improve quality processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, with a focus on IATF16949.
  • Apply quality problem-solving tools, including APQP, 8D, MSA, 5Whys, and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a quality assurance role within an automotive tier 1 or OEM background.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality systems, particularly IATF16949.
  • Strong understanding of quality problem-solving tools and methodologies.
