Brown-Forman Logistics Specialist - UK and Ireland

As a Logistics Specialist at Brown-Forman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's supply chain operations in the UK and Ireland. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with third-party logistics provider activities for Brown-Forman brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align daily operations of Supply Chain with focus on Inbound Management from global plants.
  • Assist with daily supply chain activities that benefit the Supply Chain team and the wider business.
  • Maintain and build upon the relationship between BF-UK and 3PL teams.
  • Handle processes related to inbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management for both the UK and Travel Retail business units.
  • Work closely with the wider Supply Chain team to support the overall business with stock availability and deliver the business plan to customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, processes, and overall efficiencies.
  • Provide assistance with cost-saving efforts and track such activities.
  • Be responsible for book-to-book stock alignment with the warehouse, maintaining agreed levels of accuracy between SAP and physical stocks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally from Wines & Spirits or Fast Moving environments.
  • Operational experience in internal container shipping would be an advantage.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience with large data sets, particularly in Excel.
  • Third Party Logistics relationship.
