Inventory Management Specialist

A high-end Jewellery company based in West London is seeking a Stock Control Specialist to oversee daily stock control operations and ensure all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected.
Main Responsibilities:- Stock Management: Coordinate stock control operations, monitor stock movements, and prepare and allocate stock for stores, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Safes: Inventory and organisation, responsible for coordinating stock control operations, and overseeing and tracking stock in-transit receipt.
- Stockroom Management: Keep inventory records, ensure that a valid passport and required paperwork are always attached to a piece before shipping, and implement new processes to lead and coordinate with different teams.
- Stock and Sales Admin: Coordinate the Passports of the products, print and allocate the cards according to the stock movement, and ensure that a valid passport and required paperwork are always attached to a piece before shipping.
- GIA certificates: Follow-up sales, assist in sending GIA certificates to the markets on a daily basis, adhere to the Audit logging process, and assist with the management, archive, and control of the GIA certificate.
- Background in Jewellery or in luxury is mandatory.
- Experience in a stock management role is ideal.
- Passionate or strong interest for the jewellery industry.
- Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and SAP system knowledge a plus.
- GIA diamond/gemstone qualification is a plus.
- Adaptability: willingness and openness to adapt to changing client needs and challenges as they arise.
- Communication: effectively communicate complex printing or delivery requirements to wider project teams.
- Behavioural Flexibility: active listening skills, tailoring communication to different audiences, and adeptly reading and responding to behavioural cues in a given environment and moment.
- Emotional Intelligence: recognizing and managing emotions effectively, both in interactions with colleagues and in responding to feedback.
- Curiosity: a thirst for expanding knowledge to deliver innovation and creativity through creative opportunities alongside a significant and broader interest and contribution to the wider growth and success of the brand.
