Stock Operations Supervisor

At Victoria Beckham, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our stock operations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting our business supply needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly transfer requests to ensure timely and accurate stock movements.
  • Coordinate omnichannel services, including pick up in store, ship from store, and distant sales shipments.
  • Support all after-sales services, including customer inquiries and returns.
  • Maintain high standards in back-of-house and stockroom areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Organize transfers in and out between store and warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock inventory checks, including weekly cycle counts and biannual full inventory counts.
  • Manage local and international shipping, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Order stationery, packaging, and store supplies as needed.
  • Generate sell-through reports to inform business decisions.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience with Visual Next and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong data processing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
