Stock Control Specialist

A high-end Jewellery company based in West London is seeking a Stock Control Specialist to oversee daily stock control operations and ensure all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Coordinate stock control operations, monitor stock movements, and prepare and allocate stock for stores, meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Safes: Inventory and organisation, responsible for coordinating stock control operations, and overseeing and tracking stock in-transit receipt.
  • Stockroom Management: Keep inventory records, ensure that a valid passport and required paperwork are always attached to a piece before shipping, and implement new processes to lead and coordinate with different teams.
  • Stock and Sales Admin: Coordinate the Passports of the products, print and allocate the cards according to the stock movement, and ensure that a valid passport and required paperwork are always attached to a piece before shipping.
  • GIA certificates: Follow-up sales, assist in sending GIA certificates to the markets on a daily basis, adhere to the Audit logging process, and assist with the management, archive, and control of the GIA certificate.
Requirements:
  • Background in Jewellery or in luxury is mandatory.
  • Experience in a stock management role is ideal.
  • Passionate or strong interest for the jewellery industry.
  • Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and SAP system knowledge a plus.
  • GIA diamond/gemstone qualification is a plus.
