Job Title: Boutique Store Supervisor – Watches & Jewellery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Store Supervisor to join our team at 360 Talent. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales, operations, and admin staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of over 20 employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with floor management, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Delegate tasks to the sales, operations, and admin team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with back-of-house duties, including overseeing deliveries and stock inventories.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide daily/trade reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the jewellery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work within retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
