Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a first point of contact service for callers, offer an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service, and work with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service, contacting customers to arrange appointments
* Offer an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service
* Work with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
* Fulfill data entry tasks
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Understanding of call centre environment
* Experience of office procedures
* Great communication and administration skills
* Ability to maintain accurate records of information
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, working a 37-hour week over 5 days. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Duration:
This is initially a 6-month position.
Security Clearance:
A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level.
