Job Overview

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Providing hands-on therapy to help patients regain mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff and students
  • Participating in service development and quality improvement initiatives

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Experience in a physical setting, with evidence of personal and professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
