Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our CMHT team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering individual assessments, interventions, and group interventions for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of individual assessments and interventions for individuals with complex needs
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- UK NHS Experience
- Experience in Community Mental Health
- Experience in MOHO and delivering group interventions
