**Job Summary:**
Randstad Care is recruiting for Social Workers and Senior Practitioners to join the Families First Team, covering various areas across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, young people, and families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality social work services to children, young people, and families.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Conduct assessments, create reports, and participate in meetings as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Social Worker or Senior Practitioner with relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
