About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the care and development team
- Developing and implementing care plans for looked after children
- Working closely with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Managing and supervising a team of social workers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience as a social worker, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
