At Randstad, we are seeking highly skilled Social Workers and Senior Practitioners to join our Families First Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, young people, and families, providing early intervention and tailored support to prevent issues from arising.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with children, young people, and families to provide early intervention and support
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the needs of individuals and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to support
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve outcomes for children and families
- Qualified Social Worker or Senior Practitioner with experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including community and office-based environments
- A competitive hourly rate of £20-£31
