About the Role

At Randstad, we are seeking highly skilled Social Workers and Senior Practitioners to join our Families First Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, young people, and families, providing early intervention and tailored support to prevent issues from arising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with children, young people, and families to provide early intervention and support
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the needs of individuals and families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to support
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve outcomes for children and families
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker or Senior Practitioner with experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including community and office-based environments
