About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our European Services team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational excellence across our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product and technology-related projects across our service offerings, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new product or technology opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projects.
  • Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting tools to track booking, revenue, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs, ensuring customer insights drive product and technology decisions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery and product management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a water-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of service offerings, target markets, and customer needs within the European context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in project management, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback.
  • Ability to write and speak in both English and French.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe, with possibility of further afield on occasions.
