Job Title: Children's Programme Manager

Bretsa is seeking an experienced and inspirational teacher to lead and coordinate an exceptional setting in the heart of Hornsey.

The role is 20 hours per week, term time (36 weeks) plus some necessary duties over the term time breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement engaging early years programmes that cater to diverse learning needs.
  2. Collaborate with the team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters children's growth and development.
  3. Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of educational programmes.

Bretsa's school is a mixed-age kindergarten with 24 children and parent and child groups. We have access to a spacious playroom, project room, and large outdoor area. The children attend from 9am to 1pm, five days a week, with optional afternoon club provision on two days a week.

Our school is situated near extensive open spaces and woodland, with regular outings to these areas. We prioritize the well-being and development of our children, and our team is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience.
