HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing business in Wiltshire. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the site's 250-strong workforce and contributing to the company's overall success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
  • Develop and implement the people agenda, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead on change management activities, including restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE.
  • Update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in employment law.
  • Manage employee relations case work, coaching, and advising managers on performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Prepare case work for Employment Tribunals.
  • Ensure the HR system is up-to-date and runs effectively, liaising with technical support and consultancy as needed.
  • Conduct HR research and project work as required.
Requirements
  • Proven HR generalist experience, with site-based manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
  • Extensive expertise in employee relations, including complex case work.
  • Practical understanding of consultation, restructuring, and TUPE.
  • Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD qualified or relevant practical experience.
About the Role

This is a full-time role on site, with a 2:30pm finish on Fridays. We are looking for a collaborative, hard-working, and driven individual who can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on HR manager role and contribute to the company's overall goals and growth.
