Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contracts to ensure effective and efficient delivery, meeting customer requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct auditing and inspections to maintain high engineering standards, including quality systems, compliance, and workmanship.
  • Oversee NICEIC certification, auditing, and issuing, liaising with the Regional NICEIC qualifying Manager.
  • Ensure all Lorne Stewart operatives have necessary resources, materials, tools, and information to perform duties safely.
  • Manage out-of-hours support, escalation procedures, and continuity of operatives rotas.
  • Support projects, small works, and reactive works requests, providing costs for capital projects and plant replacement schemes.
  • Oversee NICEIC administration and provide immediate focal point for all matters relating to Lorne Stewart business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer interface skills, telephone, and communication skills.
  • Organized, able to prioritize, and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal, and written.
  • Capable skills in IT documentation, Microsoft Office, and Excel packages.
  • Team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Electrically qualified, minimum of C+G 2391, Electrical test and Inspection.
  • Desired, previous supervisory experience and AP qualified.
  • Competent fault finding on BMS and Control Systems, PAT Testing; Electrical Servicing desirable.
