Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

Thrive SW is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the electrical side of our contracts and work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians to ensure the efficient completion of electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor to coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on electrical maintenance activities, including planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Electrician with extensive experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
  • City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 2 and 3, and 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Experience in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
