Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CV Library. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance of our commercial building portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electricians to ensure the electrical maintenance of our commercial buildings is carried out to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure a seamless engineering team and client/building manager experience.
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain electrical equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the electrical systems are properly maintained.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 2 (Essential)
  • City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 3 (Desirable)
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection (Desirable)

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000.00 per year, plus a range of benefits including company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, and on-site parking.
