In light of internal advancement, a Human Resources Analyst is sought to assist in the execution of Human Resource strategies that align with the Group Business Strategy and the organization’s overarching vision and priorities. This role is designed to enhance service delivery by managing and maintaining HR data while generating insightful business analytics.

The objective is to empower the business to maximize its strategic use of people-related data through the management and provision of a high-quality, efficient management information service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all HR reporting requirements, including but not limited to employee data, headcount metrics, HR KPIs & dashboards, and annual as well as ad hoc pay, bonus, and benefit reporting.
  • Deliver specialized HR data reporting and analysis, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting of confidential HR information within agreed timelines.
  • Manage data requirements linked to annual or ad hoc processes such as pay reviews and bonus management.
  • Develop and sustain a repository of self-service reports accessible to the HR team and broader business based on specified user needs.
  • Serve as the primary user of all HR information systems, providing insights on performance and data integrity to the HR Director.
  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving HR efficiency.
  • Oversee the upload of mass data changes into various systems supporting processes like pay reviews and bonus distributions, ensuring thorough reconciliation and audit processes are established.
  • Monitor the performance of HR Systems and act as the point of contact for issue escalation to the HR Director.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance HR process efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage governance of access rights in HR systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards and reporting any potential risks to the HR Director.
  • Ensure robust data management practices are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements and standards.
  • Contribute as a project member on any new systems or developments.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Extensive experience in developing management information reports, particularly with complex data structures across various systems.
  • Proficient in handling large data sets as an advanced MS Excel user.
  • Familiarity with Workday and QlikSense software.
  • Proven experience in data analysis to identify trends and summarize key findings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, design, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Ability to present data and information clearly and creatively.
  • Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
