About the Role:
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Sustainability Leadership Advisor who excels in delivering sustainable building compliance solutions and expert guidance throughout various phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, including leading international architectural firms, national construction companies, and local government entities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing cost-effective and efficient services tailored to meet sustainability and compliance objectives.
  • Participating in regular discussions with essential stakeholders from design and construction teams to assess designs and review inspection outcomes.
  • Conducting accredited PassivHaus Air Testing and Air Tightness Diagnosis, including Smoke Testing.
  • Executing room integrity assessments for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Compiling and organizing reports and supplementary documentation to deliver a comprehensive evaluation of design and monitoring challenges during the initial construction stages.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in building engineering, acoustics, energy, environmental science, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in air tightness or a related discipline, or hold the CWCT qualification.
