Job Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Psychiatrist

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct regular ward rounds and risk reviews to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of service strategy and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Full GMC Registration
  • Substantial experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current developments in psychiatry and mental health
