Job Title: Clinical Lead Psychiatrist

Job Summary:

Clubhouse For Kids is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing mental health services
  • Develop and implement service and quality development activities
  • Participate in governance meetings and Service Line meetings
  • Take an active role in service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in on-call rota on a second on call basis, 1:7

Requirements:

  • Evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of interview or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR)
