Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at Clubhouse For Kids. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients.
About the Role:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
- Develop and implement service and quality development activities to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in governance meetings and service line meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Take an active role in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
- GMC Licence to practice (full registration).
- Evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of interview or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR).
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £160,000 - £161,000 per annum, negotiable.
