GBS Head of Process Architecture and Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the GBS Head of Process Architecture and Design. This is a leadership role, accountable for the effective design, development, and introduction of new GBS services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new GBS services, with a focus on proactive development of new Order-to-Cash functionality, including CRM integration and online payment facilities.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to create capacity and specialism as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
- Proven experience in a complex organization, with a strong background in process design and development.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and diligent, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills under pressure.
- Experience in change management and service introduction.
- Qualified accountant preferred.
