GBS Head of Process Architecture and Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Process Architecture and Design team. As the GBS Head of Process Architecture and Design, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and introducing new GBS services, with a focus on order-to-cash functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of centrally designed, order-to-cash capabilities across all divisions and Global Support.
- Partner with the Technology Services and Support function to build equivalent strength and capability in solution design, services design, and controls design.
- Develop and implement process architecture and design strategies to meet divisional requirements.
- Manage a team of professionals to create capacity and specialism as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service introduction and process design.
- Proven experience in process design, development, and implementation in a complex organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and solutions, tax requirements, financial control principles, and accounting practices.
