We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the GBS Head of Process Architecture and Design. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of process architecture and design principles, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new GBS services, with a focus on proactive development of new Order-to-Cash functionality, including CRM integration and online payment facilities.
- Partner with the Technology Services and Support function to build equivalent strength and capability in solution design, services design, and controls design.
- Lead and manage a team of resources and talent to create capacity and specialism as needed.
- Provide input and advice from your own experience and knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in a complex organization, with a strong understanding of process architecture and design principles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage people in a complex finance/business environment.
- Highly organized and diligent, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills under pressure.
- Experience in change management, service and process design, and service introduction.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
