Job Description

At Informa Global Support, we're committed to connecting businesses and professionals with knowledge. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and introducing new GBS services, focusing on proactive development of Order-to-Cash functionality, including CRM integration and online payment facilities. Your expertise will help us build a strong partnership with our Technology Services and Support function, driving innovation and growth.

As the GBS Head of Process Architecture & Design, you'll be responsible for leading the design, development, and introduction of new GBS services. You'll work closely with our TSS function to build equivalent strength and capability in solution design, services design, and controls design. Your role will involve hiring resources and talent to create capacity and specialism as needed, either on a temporary, fixed-term, or permanent basis.

We're looking for a service and solutions-focussed leader with experience in a complex organisation and developing processes, services, and support models. You'll need to demonstrate proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, lead and manage people in a complex finance/business environment, and have excellent relationship management skills. A qualified accountant with good knowledge of order-to-cash processes and solutions is preferred.
