Job Description

Informa Global Support is a leading company that connects businesses and professionals with knowledge. We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Finance Solution Architecture. This leadership role is responsible for the effective design, development, and introduction of new GBS services, with a focus on pro-active development of new Order-to-Cash functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new GBS services and order-to-cash functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions.
  • Hire and manage a team of talented professionals to create capacity and specialism as needed.
  • Provide input and advice from the candidate's experience and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Service and solutions-focused leader with experience in a complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to lead, oversee, motivate and manage people in a complex finance/business environment.
  • Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail.
  • Experience in change management, service and process design.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant.
  • Good knowledge of order-to-cash processes and solutions.
  • Experience of managing a team.
