Job Description

Role Overview

The GBS Head of Process Architecture & Design is a leadership role, accountable for the effective design, development, and introduction of new GBS services. This position is responsible for partnering with the Technology Services and Support function to build equivalent strength and capability in solution design, services design, and controls design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop centrally designed, O2C capability across all divisions and Global Support.
  • Lead the hiring of resources and talent to create capacity and specialism as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams around the world to drive business growth and success.
  • Design and implement new GBS services, ensuring they meet divisional requirements and are scalable.
  • Work closely with the GBS Head of Business Process Excellence to ensure alignment and effective implementation of new services.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a complex organization and develop processes, services, and support models.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in change management, service and process design, and service introduction.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Qualified accountant preferred, with good knowledge of order-to-cash processes and solutions, tax requirements, financial control principles, and accounting practices.
