GBS Head of Finance Solution Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GBS Head of Finance Solution Architecture to join our team at Informa Global Support.
This is a leadership role, accountable for the effective design, development, and introduction of new GBS services. In particular, and in the short and mid-term, this is largely focused on pro-active development of new Order-to-Cash functionality, including CRM integration, online payment facilities, etc. In the future, the scope of the role may expand to cover other process areas (e.g. P2P).
The successful candidate will have elements of input and advice from their own experience and knowledge but will also be responsible for hiring resources and talent to create capacity and specialism as needed, either on a temporary, fixed-term, or permanent basis, as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective finance solution architecture and design strategies to support business growth and improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to design, develop, and introduce new GBS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of finance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and other functional areas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team's expertise and knowledge are current and relevant.
- Proven experience in finance solution architecture and design, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
