Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in DX Network Services Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business targets and exceed sales revenue budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, presenting and closing deals to secure new contracts for DX Network Services Limited.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
