Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, driving branch sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with a high level of professionalism and expertise, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve sales targets and drive business success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
