About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. You'll work closely with the Store Management team to support all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our customers, our people, and our products. You'll be an exceptional communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, and stay calm and approachable even under pressure. You'll also be able to demonstrate the ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and confidently challenge processes to take the business forward.
