Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the workflow of job cards meets volume targets, identifying fast-track repairs, and collaborating with policyholders and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to ensure job card workflow meets volume targets
  • Identify fast-track repairs and ensure parts orders are accurate
  • Collaborate with policyholders and Direct Line Group engineering functions
  • Provide service level agreements and ensure customers are contacted regarding repairs
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are met and company procedures are followed
  • Achieve and maintain standard methodology and lean activities
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor with a strong background in vehicle repair methods. You'll need to have knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification. You'll also need to be enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
