Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our Auto Services business, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the workflow of job cards meets volume targets and identifying fast-track repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to ensure the efficient processing of job cards and identify opportunities for cost-effective repairs.
  • Collaborate with policyholders and Direct Line Group engineering functions to resolve borderline repairable or beyond economical repair cases.
  • Provide service level agreements to customers, ensuring timely communication regarding repairs and non-related damage.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Embed and maintain standard methodologies and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
  • Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification.
  • Ability to achieve company and personal targets.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer safety.
