Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will offer planning and project oversight assistance to proposal managers, ensuring the development of compliant project submissions.
  • You will collaborate with the proposal team, partner organizations, and subcontractors, providing proactive insights on timelines, progress tracking, resource allocation, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Core Duties Include:
  • Formulating the sequencing and execution strategy, taking into account all project elements such as logic, resource allocation, financial flows, and uncertainties.
  • Producing dependable project timelines during the proposal stages.
  • Facilitating and leading brainstorming sessions and workshops, including planning evaluations and concept rehearsals.
  • Collaborating with fellow proposal coordinators to share responsibilities and expertise, contributing to the growth of knowledge in Planning, Risk Management, Systems Engineering, and Information Management.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the offshore wind sector.
  • Experience with offshore initiatives, ideally in both the proposal and execution phases.
  • Proficiency in developing project timelines using tools such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, TILOS, or MS Project.
